HELPFUL GUIDES

A good decision begins with the right questions.

Clear answers to the questions that matter before choosing a model, setting a budget or planning the installation.

MODEL & EQUIPMENT

What comes with the starting specification?

What do the model dimensions mean?

We show the external dimensions for each model. Loft and ground-floor room areas are listed separately on the drawing. The terrace is not included in the external dimensions.

What is the difference between a tiny house, a mobile home and a modular home?

These terms are not used consistently across the market. For us, a tiny house is a compact home built as one complete unit; a chassis version is designed to be transportable. A modular home may be made from several connected units. We help you choose based on use, site, transport and the space you need.

What is included in the starting price?

The starting specification includes the timber structure, thermal and moisture protection, exterior and interior finishes, windows and doors, basic water and electrical systems, bathroom, starter kitchen, electric underfloor heating and a 2.5 kW heat-pump air conditioner designed for heating. The technical appendix to your quote confirms the final list.

Is the starting specification turnkey?

The starting specification includes the listed interior work, but it does not automatically cover every on-site task as part of a turnkey handover. Chassis, delivery, crane work, supporting base, utility connections, terrace and custom extras are agreed separately. Your written quote defines the exact boundary.

Can it be used all year round?

The homes have an insulated structure, electric underfloor heating and a heat-pump air conditioner designed for heating. Actual comfort and energy use also depend on the site, how the home is used and its individual specification.

How much can I personalise?

The starting model keeps the proven layout and price easy to understand. Within the agreed technical limits, finishes, colours, selected windows and doors, furniture and fittings can be adapted to you.

CHASSIS, DELIVERY & SITE

What is needed for installation?

Is a chassis required?

No. The calculator can show the price with or without the chassis available for the model. The right solution depends on the intended use, delivery and installation site.

How is delivery calculated?

The calculator uses an indicative net rate of EUR 4.00/km for the one-way distance from Domaszék to the destination. We confirm the exact route, tolls, permits, crane work, waiting time and site constraints before preparing the quote.

What needs to be prepared on site?

Access, the supporting base or foundation, utility connection points and any local procedures need to be clarified in advance. Requirements vary from site to site.

Do I need a permit?

That depends on the installation site, intended use and local rules. Before ordering, the requirements for your specific site should be checked with the relevant professional or authority.

DECISION & QUOTE

How do we get started?

When can I see a home in person?

Personal viewings are available by prior arrangement. We confirm the time and place separately.

When will I receive a final price?

After the starting price, we clarify the model, specification, chassis, delivery and installation conditions. Your written quote then confirms the binding price.

What does the quote include?

It lists the agreed specification, selected options, exclusions, on-site work, price and anything that still needs to be clarified.

When can a delivery date be confirmed?

A production or handover date can only be confirmed in writing after the final scope, capacity and contract terms have been checked.
