RENOVATION & CONSTRUCTION

A new chapter.
The same home, made yours again.

We renew homes from the first idea through to construction, beginning with the building you have and the way you want to live.

What would you like to change?

Rethinking rooms, surfaces and how the home works for you.

A renovation designed around the character and condition of the existing building.

Work coordinated around a clearly agreed technical scope.

This service list is still a draft. The exact scope and service area are awaiting approval.

HOW WE WOULD WORK TOGETHER

We look at your ideas, the current condition and the practical possibilities.

We set out the agreed work, options and exclusions clearly.

We follow the agreed plan and document any changes.

We walk through the completed work together, hand over the documentation and resolve any comments.
