What is Tiny House?

As the name itself indicates, this is a tiny house. A mini house made of wood or metal, that can be built on an under-carriage with wheels for mobility or on a fixed spot to become you mini home. Each model is based on a well-thought plan to combine the best functionalities with maximum space. Each and every mini house is constructed from high-quality materials and is equipped with everything needed for life. It comes with a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom, heating and cooling for maximum comfort.

Use it as you wish, it can be your home, a guesthouse, a weekend house, a mobile office, a mini fitness/wellness place, fishing getaway, seaside resort, cabin in the woods, anything that you can dream of.

Why is it adventageous?

This is a minimalist and sustainable way of life which is absolutely enviromentally friendly. Tailor-made to suit your personality and needs. If you are thinking of switching to a more value based way of thinking, this is something for you. Switching to a minihouse is a great financial decision too as it not only costs a fraction of a traditional house but its upkeep is also very budget-friendly.

How big can it be?

The biggest mini houses are 40 m² but they can be much smaller. The most common size is 30-35 m², their width being 2,55 m, length 9 m and height being 4 m. It is also possible to incorporate a loft for maximum space usage.

This is our smallest model, practical, light-weight making it easier to move or transport. It will make an extraordinary weekend house, guesthouse or fishing getaway. It incorporates a living room, a mini kitchen, and a fully-equipped bathroom. The mini house can be used throughout the year thanks to its quality heating and cooling. The roof structure of the ECO+ model makes it possible to build a loft, which functions as a bedroom.

Smart/Smart+

6,6 m in length, 2,5 m wide and maximum 4 m in height

The major diffecence between the ECO and the SMART models is that this house is built on a longer under-carriage allowing for more space to accommodate the livingroom and the kitchen. Above this it boasts a loft that has more storage space allowing for longer stays. Extended space in the living room allows for an extendable couch or a dining area, thus being able to host 4 people comfortably. It is possible to lift the living room creating space for storage or sleeping space. We recommend this model for temporary stays and similar uses as the ECO model. The house comes equipped with a livingroom, a kitchen, a fully functional bathroom and can be used throughout the year thanks to its quality heating and cooling systems. The shape of the SMART+ model is a bit different from what we are used to, boasting a spacious livingroom with a loft.

Komfort

The model KOMFORT is available in 2 lenghts in an attempt to conform to customers needs. The loft may be built above, below and also combined for maximum space usage. We recommend this house for permanent stays as it boasts enough storage space to not to have to lack anything on the long run. This is the right choice for you if you want to live a close-to-nature lifestlye but it is also a good investment and a great rentable property. It incorporates a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a fully-functional bathroom and 2 lofts. The house can be used year-round thanks to its premium quality heating and cooling systems.

Tiny Life Kft. is a family owned business, that has its own fitting shop in Mórahalom, southern Hungary. Our team consists of creative professionals who are the hearth of our enterprise, we would not have made it to where we are now without them.

Manufacturing premium quality mini houses based a unique concept. Mini houses can be ordered with different readiness levels; It can be ordered in a turnkey state or if you wish to finish it yourself, feel free to order it in a structurally complete state.

Dreaming of something bigger than 30m² but can't afford to do it one step? We have a solution for you. We offer houses with 40-50 m² area, with a lightweight structure built on a metal truss that can be extended in a modular manner whenever you like.
